- After the tours, list 2 to 3 apartments you are interested in.
- We will negotiate with the owners to get the best price.
- Discuss any furniture or customization requests you have.

Finalizing the Best Option
- Based on negotiations with landlords, we will suggest the most suitable apartment.
- You will then make the final decision, considering your and your family's needs.

Drafting and Signing the Contract
- A draft contract will be prepared involving three parties: You, Achieve Realty VN, and the Landlord.
- Place a 1-month rent deposit after agreeing to the draft.
- Note: The deposit is part of the bond, formalized upon signing the lease agreement.

Pre-Move-In Arrangements
- Achieve Realty VN and the landlord will ensure the apartment is clean and well-maintained.
- All necessary repairs or adjustments will be completed before your move-in date.

Apartment Handover Process
- The apartment is officially handed over to you after completing all formalities.
- Note: Handover occurs after paying a 2-month deposit and 1 month's rent in advance.
