Launch of fingerprint and Face ID systems at The Opera Residence

The Opera Residence has always prioritized the safety and convenience of its residents. To enhance security and provide maximum convenience in accessing the building’s amenities, the Opera Residence Management Board is pleased to announce the official launch of the new security control system utilizing fingerprint and Face ID technology. This state-of-the-art system promises to bring significant benefits and elevate the living experience for all residents.

Deployment details

1. Implementation of the fingerprint security system on the 5th floor

• - Registration period: Starting from August 12, 2024, residents can register to use the fingerprint security system. Registration will be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• - Operational start date: After 30 days, from September 12, 2024, the system will officially operate daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• - System functionality: The fingerprint system, installed on the walls of each tower on the 5th floor, will recognize residents’ fingerprints and grant access to the amenity areas. Outside of these hours, the system will be inactive,ensuring privacy and maximizing the benefits for all residents of The Opera building.

2. Implementation of the Face ID system at basement lobbies B1, B2, B3, and ground floor

• - Registration period: Starting from August 12, 2024, residents can register at the basement lobbies or the management office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• - Operational start date: From September 12, 2024, the system will officially be operational 24/7.
• - System functionality: The Face ID system will automatically identify residents as they approach the elevator lobbies at levels B1, B2, B3, and the ground floor, granting them seamless access to the elevators.

Registration requirements and conditions

1. Eligible participants:

• Legitimate owners or legally authorized individuals.
• Family members residing with the owner who are already registered as legitimate residents.
• Long-term tenants with a lease agreement of at least one year and their family members living with them.

2. Registration process

• Residents can register directly at the lobby, management office, or via email with the attached registration form from this announcement.
• The installation of fingerprints and Face ID data will be completed within 24 hours after submitting the required documents.

Note: The security card system will still be in use for elevator access and other card-operated areas.
