The Thu Thiem Zeit River project, commercially known as Thu Thiem Zeit River, is developed by GS Engineering & Construction (GS E&C) and is located at Lots 3-3, 3-7, 3-11 – No. 10 Lương Định Của, An Khánh Ward, District 2, Thu Đuc City, Ho Chi Minh City. This project spans over 3.3 hectares with a construction density of 40%, comprising apartments, shophouses, and officials, with 6 apartment blocks currently under construction. The launch is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2022.
In more detail, the project includes two buildings: one with 25 stories and another with 32 stories. The top two floors consist of duplex penthouses. Apartments from the 21st floor upwards are designed with 3 to 4 bedrooms, while floors below the 21st feature 1 to 2-bedroom apartments. The base building is expected to have 4 floors, offering 1-bedroom flats of about 60m², 2-bedroom apartments of about 80m², and 3-bedroom apartments of approximately 120m². Penthouses are as large as 600m², duplexes around 200m², townhouses, and internal and external shophouses are 200m² and 300m², respectively.
The apartments will be delivered fully finished, with permanent ownership for Vietnamese nationals and a 50-year ownership term for foreigners. The project is scheduled for launch in the third quarter of 2022 and is expected to be handed over by 2025. Each building has ample elevators and parking spaces for cars and motorcycles, ensuring convenience for future residents.
