Eco Retreat is the first ecological project of the Ecopark Group in Long An province, spanning an area of 220 hectares and expected to provide living and working spaces for approximately 30,000 residents. The project has a total investment of nearly 17 trillion VND and will be implemented over 6 years, from 2023 to 2028.
To facilitate customers interested in the products at Eco Retreat Long An, the developer has established a preferential payment policy. Specifically, customers purchasing townhouses or villas will receive a 3% discount on the selling price (excluding VAT) when paying according to the standard progress schedule.

Payment schedule
- Installment 1: Signing the purchase contract - 30% of the selling price (including VAT) (this includes any deposits)
- Installment 2: 10% of the selling price (including VAT)
- Installment 3: 10% of the selling price (including VAT)
- Installment 4: 10% of the selling price (including VAT)
- Installment 5: 5% of the selling price (including VAT)
- Installment 6: 5% of the selling price (including VAT)
- Installment 7: Notification of house handover from the developer - 25% of the selling price (including VAT) + 100% of the maintenance fund + VAT on 5% of the selling price
- Installment 8: Upon notification of the issuance of the Land Use Rights Certificate by the developer or when the customer is determined to be applying for the certificate independently, whichever comes first - 5% of the selling price (excluding VAT)

Loan policy and payment schedule for Bank loans
1. Loan policy
- Loan amount for early repayment: Up to 70% of the selling price (including VAT)
- Loan amount with iInterest rate support from the developer: Up to 70% of the selling price (including VAT)
- Interest rate support period: 0% interest for 30 months from the date of the first disbursement, but no later than June 30, 2027
- Grace period for principal repayment: During the interest rate support period
- Early repayment fee during the interest rate support period: 0%
2. Payment schedule and disbursement
- Deposit: 200,000,000 VND for townhouses; 500,000,000 VND for villas
- Installment 1: Upon signing the purchase contract - 30% of the property value (including VAT)
- Installment 2: Within 15 days from the signing of the contract - 65% of the selling price (including VAT) (the developer will cover all interest during the support period)
- Installment 3: Upon notification of house handover - 100% of the maintenance fund + VAT on 5% of the selling price
- Upon notification of the issuance of the Land Use Rights Certificate by the developer or when the customer is determined to be applying for the certificate independently, whichever comes first - 5% of the selling price (excluding VAT)

Latest construction progress of Eco Retreat Long An
The construction of the Eco Retreat Long An urban area is scheduled to last 6 years, from 2023 to 2028, specifically from 2023 to 2028, divided into 2 phases:
- Phase 1 (2023 - 2025): Conducting site clearance, compensation, relocation, and constructing resettlement housing and apartments in sub-zones 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7.
