The heat exchange capability of HRV helps recover some lost heat, maintain stable temperatures, and save energy. Thu Thiem Zeit River's HRV system is designed to ensure clean air is distributed to every space in the apartment, from bedrooms and living rooms to kitchens, providing a sense of relaxation and comfort when returning home.
In addition to apartments, the project also focuses on ventilation systems in parking garages, where smoke and dust from vehicles can accumulate, ensuring basement levels are always well-ventilated and safe for residents' health. LG multi-split air conditioning systems are also equipped for quick cooling and energy savings. LG Cassette ceiling-mounted units can filter air through 5 steps, removing odors, bacteria, and fine PM1.0 dust.
In addition to using clean air within each living space, the Thu Thiem Zeit River project prioritizes using environmentally friendly materials, aiming for healthy living for residents.
The Low-E glass system is an essential feature in door and window spaces at Thu Thiem Zeit River. This glass layer is coated with a special compound that slows radiation and absorbs heat. In particular, this type of glass is considered entirely environmentally friendly and suitable for tropical climates like Vietnam. Despite its thin, transparent layer, Low-E glass can be flexible in different seasons, preventing solar radiation in summer, reducing heat loss in winter, and maintaining stable indoor temperatures while ensuring a sufficient natural light source for the home. Modern high-rise buildings use this solution, which has a high potential to save air conditioning costs.
